This week we had Vacation Bible School. Our theme was Polar Express - Extreme Expeditions. Braden attended every day. :) Each year we raise money for a missionary. This year we raised money for a water slide for Camp Betel in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The kids bring in pennies and compete, boys against girls. It was a tie on Thursday, but today the boys pulled through and won. The kids brought in just under $2,000 dollars in pennies!

This past weekend we went to Outer Banks. We stopped by the Diggers Dungeon, home of the Grave Digger, Dennis Anderson. It is a very neat place.

Family and Firsts

Braden's first three weeks were full of family and a bunch of firsts. Tommie's family from North Carolina came up to visit and my family came up from Colorado. Tommie and I are loving being parents. Braden is amazing. On his three week birthday we went and took Braden's first portraits. Enjoy all of the pictures!
